If you have ever tried to lose (or gain) weight you know how challenging it can be to change a habit. Whether that is breaking the cycle of how often you eat, how much, how often you work out, or the type of food you eat; it's ALL hard work. It is a marathon and not a sprint. The same goes for changing how you manage your finances. It is a process and it is hard work. BUT just like when you encounter challenges or fall short one day (or month,or year), you can dust yourself off and get back on track. Keep pushing to cultivate good finance habits because just like having a healthy life is beneficial, so too are healthy finances.
