Last week we talked about habits so it seems fitting to talk about budgeting this week. After all, budgeting is a habit, but it doesn't have to feel restrictive. It can and should be empowering to know how you're spending your money, because then you can adjust as needed. And with an adequate budget, you won't be left wondering: "where did all my money go?".
